The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making our stay even more enjoyable with their great local advice and tips.

Although our room was clean, it could have used better soundproofing as noise from the hallway was sometimes disruptive.

The room had a nice microwave and fridge combo that made my late-night snacks easy. The beds were super comfy! I enjoyed chilling by the pool and soaking in the hot tub after a long day. The hotel was conveniently located near popular spots like the Oracle-Alameda County Coliseum, perfect for catching a game with my teens. The mini-fridge in the room really helped keep our drinks cool during our stay, which was a hit with the kids.

Check-in was problematic, initially assigned to an unclean room. The decor felt outdated with peeling wallpaper and a non-functioning shower door. A major concern was the filthy carpet. my feet turned black from contact. Though the room had a mini fridge and microwave, the noise insulation was inadequate. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and toasted sandwiches were a highlight during my stay.
